Hey Performers! Yes, you. Do you find it hard to eat well and get enough sleep as a performer? Do you struggle with living a healthy lifestyle with your busy NY schedule? I know, I do. September 2020, I will be starting my training to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner through the Nutritional Therapy Association. My goal is to help performers fuel their bodies properly for an 8+ show week and teach them how to keep their bodies strong & energized so that they can thrive in all their artistic pursuits.
